Your beliefs come from you building up because other people are asking you to be something compared to what others are doing. These are beliefs that don’t change overnight but you can start addressing them knowing that it can change.
You come into this world as a blank paper and all these things come into your mind because it is how you were raised. It’s up to you to find the courage and the willingness to change this. I have a question for you. If you are saying you are not enough, who is saying you are not enough? Dig deep! Decide today that what matters is enough For You!
There is a therapist named Marisa Peer who encourages her clients to use simple steps to mastermind their lives to feel confident in their relationships and careers. She recommends writing “I Am Enough” on everything like on your fridge, in your phone, on your mirror and other places. The repetition of that simple phrase over and over will eventually make it difficult for your mind to object to it.
I love this movement but I shifted it a little bit. I write, “I Am MORE than enough!” This is a great way of starting to dig into this.
